A diet regime for my weight-loss routine

Postby Dominik » Wed Apr 25, 2012 9:54 am

I used to eat a lot very often. I'd meet with my friends and we would either go to a restaurant or have a big party with lots of food. I would always eat more than everyone in the room, with my 5'5'' I was all the time the biggest biy, but it never worried me till I traveled to France. Cause I understood it was the fashion country, I made up my mind to get me some clothes, however I could not come across any clothes of size 30. I was so sad because of it, so when I returned to Usa, I wanted to start getting rid of weight. I have bought , and so I changed my diet by eating less bad food. But I think I still eat a lot though cause I am so got used to it. So far I lost 20 lbs, and it seems like my weighing machine is frozen. I don't know very well what else to perform. Can you offer me certain advice what I should eat, and how I should work out?
